Chardonnay  ___              $12.00     A dry white wine that is crisp, cool and delicious! Aged in stainless steel tanks (no oak).   Citrus in a bottle. Try it with your favorite fish or chicken dish.  It’s a great sipping wine for parties.

Vidal Blanc  ___         $11.00         A medium bodied dry wine with a hint of fruit.  Goes well with fresh Pecorino cheese, fish, or white meats.

Niagara       ___         $11.00         Sweet and fruity!  Drink it after dinner with your favorite dessert or aged cheese. A great sipping wine that you can drink every day.

Pinot Grigio  ___            $13.00            An Italian style white wine that’s a great summer drink.     Try it with pasta and your favorite fish sauce.

Traminette    ___           $12.00        This grape is an offspring of Gewurztraminer and Johannes Seyve. It has a great spicy taste, but not bitter.  Try it with Asian chicken dishes!

Riesling        ___            $13.00       This is German style summer wine that has a hint of sweetness.   It’s one of the most versatile wines and can be paired with spicy foods, pork,  sweet and sour dishes or even Mexican.  Try our new DRY Riesling. It’s out of this world good!

Catawba      _____        $10.00               Fresh and sweet!  It has a great citrus flavor and wonderful bouquet.  Serve it over peaches or strawberries.

White on White ____    $12.00  WOW! This one sold out in a month last year!  It’s semi-dry with a one of a kind flavor. You can’t buy this anywhere except here and it’s our best selling white!

Cabernet Sauvignon ___ $13.00            Dry with just a hint of oak.  A nice smooth finish that you will love with pasta, pizza  or red meat.   It’s also great with cheddar or blue cheese.

Chambourcin         ___           $9.00            A dry fruity distinctive wine.  One of the most popular hybrid grape wines in Pennsylvania.    It’s wonderful with meat and aged cheeses.

Cabernet Franc ___           $11.00         A medium bodied dry wine full of fruit.  Goes well with meat, hearty soups or aged cheeses. 

Pinot Noir NEW ____       $15.00   The hero of Sideways! This wine is two years old and has been aged for 9 months in a barrel.  It’s light and goes well with a variety of foods.

Concord         ___           $10.00            A sweet wine that is wonderful as an after dinner drink, either alone or with desserts. You’ll think your drinking grapes!  This is nne of our most popular wines.

Merlot         ____            $13.00           Slightly oaked. A fresh fruit forward taste to complement meat, cheese or veal. And you can sip it alone!

Old Country Red  ___ $11.00       A old family secret blend of various vinifera  grapes.  Very dry with a peppery taste. I’ve been making this  wine for over 40 years! It’s great with any Southern  Italian dish, meats and aged cheeses. 

Simply Red Number 1 (1.5 L) $15.00   This is our field blend so each batch will be different. Remember, you can never taste the same wine twice for the first time again!  This and Old Country are my everyday reds.

Simply Red Number 2 ___         $11.00 A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot,  and Sangiovese grapes.  This is one of my personal favorites. Now served at the local casino!

Simply Red Number 3 ___         $11.00 A blend of  Cabernet Sauvignon. Merlot and  Cabernet Franc  and a hint of hybrid grapes.  My Pennsylvania Bordeaux. Nice and dry with a smooth finish.  Great with meat and strong cheeses.

Derry Berry  (750 ml) ___  $23.00  This is a blackberry Port-style wine that’s simply delicious!   Don’t go home without this.

Big Apple (750 ml)  ___             $10.00  Pennsylvania apple wine.  Big, bold and spicy, just like the city.  It’s like drinking apple pie! 

Blueberry Bubbly (750 ml)  ___      $20.00  A special bubbly for special occasions.  It’s sweet and bubbly! (This is a carbonated wine and thus it is Not available for sampling) 

Raspberry Delight  (375 ml)___   $7.00.  Sealed with a kiss. Happy Valentines Day year round! (Due to popular demand, this is now also available in the regular 750ml bottle)

White Delight (1.5 L)____  $16.00. This is a white sangria type wine except better. Mix it with fruit or dessert.

Pomegranate Splash (750 ml) ___ $13.00  A sweet-tart ruby wine. Try it now! (limited quantity).
